Major Ouch!!!

Sunday night Boone leaned down to kiss
Abigail goodnight and she popped her head
up at that exact same moment. POP was the
sound I heard. Boone went to his knees in
pain and Abigail started to cry. Who do you
comfort in a situation like this I still am
wondering? Anyhow to make a long story
short, Boone had a bit of a black eye the next
day and according to the X-Ray he had taken
at work, a broken nose.

Lesson to be learned, watch out for your
little kiddos heads. They can do some
painful damage.

Stuff & Things

Abigial has this fixation with socks and shoes,
on, off, on, off. Here she is helping Boone with
his socks.

Reading to Homer.

Having toast with Homer.

I LOVE it when my Daddy reads to me.

Saturday our weather was so
beautiful. We took Abigail to the
park to play. She had such a good
time.

Big Girl Hair

We have had quite the battle to
get Abigail to allow 'pretties' in
her hair. Over the last month
she has warmed up to it and
now demands them everytime
we do her hair.
On Saturday I decided to try
2 ponytails again. They looked
so cute on her. Her hair has
gotten so much longer since
the last time I did it this way.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle

The other day I was on the hunt for some little
boy wrapping paper, and surprise there was none
to be found in my house. At the time I was talking
on the phone with Alicia and she suggested the
brown paper bag. I set Abigail up for some coloring
time and then used the paper to wrap up our little
friend Justin's birthday presents.

Thanks for the great idea Alicia. You'll see the
final product when we finally give Justin his presents.

Fine Dining

Abigail and I had a delicious meal the other day.
She even served me tea.
