Yep...Siblings They Are

Yep...they do look a lot alike at the
same age. Boone and I had a fun
laugh at the similarity between their
smiles.

More Freezer Jam

This time I made Raspberry Peach freezer jam.
Yum is all we gotta say!

The Kids

So serious.
You can see just how 'happy' Treston is with
the love Abigail shares with him.

Cheesy Grin

Tummy time is so overrated.

Abigail 'helping' Boone. Everytime he hosed
off the truck she got it soapy again.

Sweet smiles.

Freezer Jam

I got inspired this week to
make freezer jam. This was
a first for me, but the end
result I must say is delicious.
It is reduced sugar Apricot
Nectarine. Tomorrow if all
goes well I am going to make
Raspberry Peach.

Oh How Our Garden Grows

We are growing a little garden this
summer. Abigail and Boone have
been doing most of the work. We
have 3 types of tomatoes, 2 kinds
of peppers, carrots, 3 different types
of lettuce, broccoli, cucumbers,
cilantro, Italian basil, chives,
and green beans. It is so fun to watch
each plant grow and produce.

Abigail's Birthday Party, etc...

We had Abigail's birthday party
the Saturday following her actual
birthday. It was a very beautiful
June day, almost chilly in the shade.
There was a good breeze going so
we didn't get a very good shot of her
blowing out her candle. Glad we took
a before shot of her at home with her
"PINK" cake. She had been telling me
for 3 months that she wanted a pink
cake...So what's a mommy to do, but
make sure the cake is plenty pink.
~*~
The pictures below are in no particular
order and I am too tired to try to get
them right. Enjoy none the less.
Mr. Smiles sitting with Grampy.
The kids helping Gramy blow
her b-day candle out. We
celebrated my mom's b-day and
Father's day early while my
parents were visiting.
The kids and Grampy on the
front lawn.
Abigail spraying water with
her toy from her water table.

What better way to use a water
table than to climb into it.
Her cool new water table.
Super fun wooden food that you
can "cut" apart.
$$$ for her piggy bank.
Loving on Treston.
Grampy was ready to
catch at a moments notice.
Pink cake is yummy!

Playing catch with Grampy and
Treston.

The big toss.
Sweet little boy of mine!

Abigail

Abigail had her 3 year checkup this week
and she is healthy and normal. Whew glad
we have that all cleared up ;). She weighed
in at 28 lbs. fully dressed and is now 36 1/2 in.
tall. This was the first appointment she has
gone to for herself where she has had fun.
Very cool change!

How Can It Be That You Are Now 3?

Finally

The smile we have been waiting to
capture on camera was caught on
Treston's 2 month birthday!

Grandparents & Friends

The 3 girls bonded at convention over matching
sandals and Abigail has been talking about them
ever since.

The only moment they sat still...

Treston

On Tuesday we took Treston in
for his 2 month shots and checkup.
The shots went as well as shots go...
they hurt! He cried, I got teary. I
know they are important but I hate
that my baby is hurting even if it is
short lived. He weighed in at 14 lbs.
4 oz. and 25 inches long. Yeah we've
got ourselves a big kiddo for sure. He
is healthy and right on target for all his
milestones so that's always a good piece
of news. I will post pictures later today,
I hope!
