Silly Goose

Abigail likes to ride about the kitchen on her
car making vroom vroom sounds.

Abigial inherited this kitchen from her cousins
the 3 K's (AKA Katy, Kelsey, and Kelly). We
brought it in from the garage where we have
been storing it since she was born. What a
cool new way to keep busy.

These are a few of my favorite things...almost!

Abigail's first art work from daycare. It's on
our fridge of course.

Klenex is one of Abigail's favorite things.
NOT mine!

What a mighty fine mess!

Boone's first hair-doing experience
with Abigail. I think he did a bang-up
job and the rubber band even stayed
in throughout the day.

Random Updates

Abigail is now a whopping 19 lbs. 10 oz. I took
her in to get weighed this week because we have
been desperate to flip her car seat around. We
decided she was close enough to the 20 lb. mark
and she is loving the whole facing forward experience.
She loves to run around the house and thinks it's really
funny if you chase her. She has 7 teeth now and appears
to be working on some molars with no actual results yet.
She is a really busy little girl who chatters non-stop. Some
of her favorite things to say that we understand are: hey,
no-no, baby, I love you, Dadda, Papa, Momma, hi, hello,
Mimi (Boone's mom's dog's name is Mimi and so now ALL
animals are Mimi), Kies (kitties), she also says A, B, C, D
(this she got from her Leap Frog toys). If you ask her what a doggie
says she says 'woo-woo' and when you ask her what a kittie says
it's 'mouw'. I know I am forgetting something but I am a bit tired.

I went back to work this week with a heavy heart. It was hard to
leave on Wednesday because I've had the last two months off to
spend time with my daughter and husband. Alas the classroom
calls me again. I will be venturing into uncharted waters as I will
be teaching first grade for the first time. My classroom is ready for
the most part, now if only I can get my nerves under control.

Boone still loves his job as a Radiological Technologist. We have
hope for a day shift in the near future as opposed to the swing shift.

Wet toes.

Something's a little fruity here!

Abigail has discovered the thrill of eating
a whole piece of fruit. Mind you she doesn't
really eat the whole thing but she loves the
messy process. She was eating the nectarine
after meeting Sunday at my parents and then
when we got home to our house later that night
she grabbed an apple out of the box and dove
into that.

Piano playing

Abigail is pretty sure that feet are involved
with the piano playing process.

Catching up on the news or is it shredding?

Last week we were at Grampy and
Gramy's house and Abigail showed
Grampy the proper way to catch up
on the news.

and yet one more use for a guitar case

Daddy now you know the proper way to use
your guitar case!

In My Previous Life I Was A Billy Goat

Up she goes.

Big step.

A pause for the camera.

The launch.

Off the couch safely.

Not only is this a good base to launch myself off
of but it makes for a nice chair.

All tired out from her mountain climbing.
